Custom made valves for customer requirements. It's applications include steam, feed water, oil and chemical fluid. Pressure proof test: hydrostatic 3250psi for body of butt welding and ring joint type 2700psi for body of other flanged type.

Leakage test: hydrostatic 2250psi for seat or pneuma static 100psi for seat. 

Joint bolt : SF50 or S35C for below 400°C, SCM3 or SCM1 for below 450°C, ASTM B14, not Gr 4 for below 510°C. 

Gland bolt : SF50 or SUS403 for below 400°C, SUS430, SCM3 or SCM1 for below 450°C, ASTM B14, not Gr 4 for below 510°C. 

Seat ring : Stellite faced, welded to body and made of the same material as body. 

Body : Regularly stream line type with less fluid resistance. 

 Seat : conical contact type. 

Disc : with stopper. 

Stem : Furnished rotating for nominal size 4" and smaller, non rotating with ball bearing yoke for larger than 4". 

Yoke : Flexible self suspended. 

Gearing bonnet : Equipped for nominal size 4" and larger if specified. 

By-pass : Provided on nominal size 3 1/2" and larger by customers requirement
