Swing check valve - Bolted bonnet type, available in classes 150, 300, 600, 900. Its ends are butt welded. The body, bonnet and swing arm can be made of the following materials, please select: JIS SCPH2, ASTM A216 WCB, JIS 25C, ASTM A105, JIS SCPH21, ASTM A217 WC6, ASTM A182 F11, JIS SCPH32, ASTM A217 WC9, ASTM A182 F22. The valve seat and valve disc can be made of the following materials, please select: JIS S25C, ASTM A193 B7, ASTM A182 F11, ASTM A182 F22. The joint bolt can be made of either ASTM A193 B7 or ASTM A193 B16. The arm rod is made of JIS SUS403.

Custom made valves for customer requirements. Available from class 150 - 1500. Applicable fluids include steam, water, oil and chemical fluids. Joint bolt : SF50, SCM1 or S35C for below 400°C, SCM1 not S45C for below 450°C, ASTM B 14, not Gr 4 for below 510°C. Pressure proof test: hydrostatic 2175psi for body of butt welding and ring joint type 1800psi for body of other flanged type. Leakage test: hydrostatic 1550psi for seat or pneuma static 100psi for seat.
