Fullcone Nozzle

Fullcone nozzles give even flow distribution and a small particle size is obtained.Flow rate and spray angle are varied. It is used in various fields depending on the intensity of the impinging force and extent of the spraying area. The following are examples of its application. Cooling and washing of all objects, dust collection, gas absorption, defoaming, spraying of chemicals and fire prevention. It is a three piece structure comprising of the nozzle body, the core and the adapter. It can be disassembled and cleaned easily without damaging the nozzle when clogged. The core is available in the multi groove type with unifrom flow distribution and the two blade type which is hard to clog. The materials can be chosen freely as desired.
