Vapor nozzles - Flat type (Steam & Air nozzles)

The inlet is reduced in size to form throat and the succeeding portion is designed in an enlarging form so as to become an atmospheric pressure by adiabatic expansion. This vapor nozzle is intended to obtain a flat spray profile and the outlet sectional area is particularly calculated theoretically, so that the efficiency is high. The spray angle is selected at 22° based on the experimental results. Used in the removal of moisture and oily matter from steel material surface, descaling of hot rolling etc. It is recommended to use at an angle of 45° against the plane of the object of a distance of within 1 metre. The standard product is designed at inlet pressure of 5kg/cm2G and saturated stream. Please specify if other pressure is required.
